Difference Between Leading and Kerning
The difference between leading and kerning is that leading is the space between the lines of type, and kerning is the space between the letters.
Leading is the space between the lines of type.
Kerning is the space between the letters.
It’s easy to confusing sometimes, but it is helpful to understanding the difference because it will make you more consciously aware so that your designs will have balanced leading and kerning.
